betaal reserves the right to carry out identity verification ("KYC") procedures at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a significant change in account activity, or where betaal has reason to suspect fraudulent, suspicious, or prohibited activity. KYC documentation may include a national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, utility bill, or bank or MFS statement dated within the preceding three months.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your betaal account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords ("OTPs") issued to your registered Bangladesh mobile number. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
betaal strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your betaal account and that you enable OTP two-factor authentication on your account. betaal will never contact you by phone, email, or any other channel to request your password or OTP. Any communication purporting to be from betaal that requests your credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to [email protected].
betaal shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify betaal immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be suspended pending investigation.
betaal accepts deposits exclusively via approved payment methods. Currently accepted deposit methods for Bangladesh players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. betaal may add or remove payment methods at its discretion, and updated payment method information will be reflected on the platform at all times.
You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are prohibited and will result in account suspension, return of funds to the originating account where technically possible, and potential permanent closure of your betaal account.
betaal reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if betaal has reasonable grounds to believe that the transaction is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as described in Section 9 of these Terms.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your betaal account dashboard, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are paid in Bangladeshi Taka to the same MFS method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified MFS method registered in your name.
betaal reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where a dispute or charge-back is pending in relation to the relevant funds. In such cases, betaal will notify the affected player and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond.
